City Park is a distinctive, Grade B listed, Art Deco building less than 1 mile to the east of Glasgow City Centre offering over 300,000ft² of high quality, modern office space.
The development acted as a catalyst for the regeneration of that part of the city.
The building was transformed from its former use as a cigarette factory into technologically advanced office accommodation with infrastructure to support and offer retail and leisure facilities for tenants. On completion, major occupiers included Dell, Aggreko, Halcrow and Scottish Enterprise.
Working with Historic Scotland, the building's façade and key features were retained, whilst the interior was completely rebuilt to accommodate essential communication and services infrastructure and 64,000ft² floorplates, some of the largest in Scotland, with ample car parking located in the basement.
The concept was to offer the best from a business park type facility within a city centre building. Our commitment to the quality of the project was recognised through several industry awards.
