Owner & CEO
Ken Ross, OBE, DL
Ken has 50 years of experience in land, residential, commercial and leisure property and the private rental sector.
​
He is responsible for setting the strategic direction of RDRL alongside ensuring governance, compliance, regulatory and ESG policy and processes are maintained to high standards. Ken is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business.
​
His background in real estate includes appointments to various property-focused governmental bodies and he has advised ministers on matters of policy for over 40 years.

Chief Operating Officer
Ian Craig BSc MBA FRICS
Ian is a Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years of experience in property. Prior to joining RDRL, he had been Development Director with Elphinstone Holdings Limited and had previously been a Partner in one of the major Scottish firms of Chartered Surveyors.

His experience includes multiple mixed-use developments (between 120 to 800 acres) in both Scotland and England.

Finance Director
J Keith Martin CA LLB
Keith is a Chartered Accountant with a background in construction and property.
​
Keith has run a number of property and construction businesses as Finance Director.

Planning & Land Director
Campbell Black BA (Hons) MRTPI
Campbell is a Chartered Town Planner with over 40 years of experience in the provision of Private Residential Developments.
​
Campbell started his career in local government with Kyle and Carrick District Council where he was responsible for 21 outstanding Conservation Areas and some 125 Category ‘A’ listed buildings. He has held various positions, from Land Director to Managing Director in the housebuilding industry with Wimpey Homes, Bett Brothers Plc, Cala, Wilcon Homes Scotland, Elphinstone Land and Avant Homes.

Sustainability Engineering Director
Brian Paterson HNC Mech Eng
Brian trained in the Building Services Engineering sector covering services ranging from Project Management to Design Consultancy and spent 20 years as a Partner in a major M&E Design Consultancy Company.

​Brian successfully delivered Projects in the UK, Europe and the Middle East and was responsible for implementation of key strategies in reduction of energy use and carbon.​
​
Utilising his experience with past Clients such as John Lewis Partnership, his role within RDRL is to further enhance solutions for reduction in Carbon with the adoption and implementation of advanced technologies.

Finance Manager
Elaine May BA, ACMA
Elaine attended University of Strathclyde where she obtained a degree in Accounting and Marketing and she has had a career of over thirty years working as an accountant in a variety of industries.
She qualified as a chartered management accountant whilst working for a marine equipment manufacturer and distributor and has subsequently worked in a private school, for an installer of satellite tv dishes and a funeral director before joining RDRL in 2019.

Project Manager
Cameron Maclennan BSc (Hons)
Cameron graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2015 with BSc (Hons) Environmental Management.
​
In February 2017 Cameron started a 3-month internship with RDRL, assisting the Sustainability Engineering Director with ongoing renewable energy projects. Later, in October 2017 he began full-time as Graduate Project Manager, involved in several projects focused on low carbon heating. Since 2020, Cameron has undertaken the role of Project Manager involved in a pipeline of projects.

PA/ Office Manager
Margaret Tennant
Margaret is an experienced Secretary/PA with over 30 years extensive experience in diverse environments.
​
Since 2010, Margaret has been providing secretarial support to the CEO, the Chief Operating Officer, and Directors at RDRL.
